This app will be used to submit replies on a given topic. The main objective of the app is to check messages given by Citizen and reply on the message to the admin authority by adding text and images. The main features of the app are
1. Get Push Notification when any message received from admin authority
2. Check Message and reply
3. View reports on not replied, overdue etc
